My work draws strongly on the foundation of Carl Jung and years of analytic training. My doctoral work involved the study of dreams of patients with terminal cancer at the University of California, San Diego Medical Center under the tutelage of Marie Louise von Franz. I completed my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology with the California School of Professional Psychology in the early 1990’s. Later I completed the training program with the Research and Training Center for Depth Psychology according to Carl Jung and M. L. von Franz in Zurich, Switzerland after participating in it for a number of years beginning with its inception. I value the time spent in cranial sacral training and working with the dying with their dreams and cranial sacral therapy to facilitate visionary healing states of consciousness during the passage of death.

I recently saw my life mate, Tom Elsner, through his intimate death process, and now life focuses primarily on living in nature, writing, and meditation.

I am no longer taking new psychotherapy, analytic or supervision clients, but rather am focusing on writing, public offerings — including teaching in various modalities (see Events for the schedule), podcast conversations, and astrological/meditative consultations.
